Time between bookings and home visits

Keep minutes free between appointments to travel to the next home, and see the gaps, directions and the day's route on Bookings.

  1. Open Settings → Hours and set Minutes between bookings (Pro), for example 30.
  2. Customers then only see times that leave that much free before and after your other appointments, so you can reach the next home or tidy up.
  3. On Orders → Bookings, each home visit shows its address, the minutes free since the visit before, a Directions link from there, and a warning when it is tighter than your minutes. Route for the day opens all of the day's home visits in Google Maps, in order.

Home visits

A booking is a home visit when the customer chose delivery and gave their address. Studio bookings keep the same gap, for tidying up between customers.
