Voice gifts
Customers record a voice message with a gift. The packing slip carries a QR that opens it for the person who gets the box.
- Take gifts: on Pro and Business, customers tick This is a gift in the bag.
- They write a card message and can tap Add a voice message to record up to a minute.
- When the order comes in, print its Packing slip from the order panel. It has a QR under the message.
- Put the slip in the box. Whoever gets it scans the QR, opens the box on their screen and hears the voice.
No printer
The order panel has the gift page link. Copy it, or send it to the customer on WhatsApp so they can pass it on.
What the gift page shows
The sender's first name, the message, the voice, what is in the box, whether it was wrapped, and your shop. No prices, no phone number and no address.
Listen first
The voice plays in the order panel too, so you can check it before you pack.
