Show how it's made: a live story for your customer
Snap the steps of an order as you go (getting ready, in the oven, packing). Your customer watches them as a story on their tracking page.
- Open the order. Under Show how it's made, tap a step: the camera opens.
- Take the photo. It goes up straight away; tap another step when you get there.
- Tap Send them the link once, so your customer can watch.
- On their tracking page they tap the bubbles and watch the steps full screen. New ones appear by themselves.
Steps
Getting ready, Being made, In the oven, Decorating, Packing and On its way. Use the ones that fit; up to eight photos an order.
Remove a photo
Tap Remove under the step. It goes from the story too.
