Design approval and order photos

Send the customer a design to approve before you make it, or a photo of the finished order, right on their tracking page.

  1. Open the order and tap Send a design to approve. Choose the photo or sketch and add a short message, such as the colours and the name.
  2. Tap Send on WhatsApp under it: the customer gets their tracking link, where they see the design and tap Approve or Ask for changes with what to change.
  3. Their answer shows on the order. For changes, send a new design the same way.
  4. When the order is ready, add a photo of the order so they see it before it arrives.

Design approval and order photos come with Pro and Business, up to six photos an order.
