Things out: trays, pots and rentals that come back
Keep track of the trays, pots, dishes, stands and outfits that go out with orders, with a back-by date, deposits and reminders.
- On a product that goes out in something you need back, open What is in it and set Comes back to you: what it goes out in, back within how many days, and a deposit if you take one.
- When its order is marked delivered, it is added to Orders → Things out with its back-by date. You can also add one from any order: open the order and tap Lent them something? Track it.
- Things out lists everything still with customers, overdue first. Tap Remind on WhatsApp to send a polite reminder in their language, and Back when it comes back.
- Your customer sees what to bring back, and by when, on their order's tracking page.
Deposits
A deposit is only a note of what you hold: you take it and give it back yourself, as with every payment.
Email reminders (Pro)
On Pro and Business, customers who left an email get a reminder the day before it is due and, if it is still out, the day after.
