Bazaar day kit

Add the bazaars and exhibitions you sell at: customers reserve to collect at your stall, and you get the reservations, what to bring, a stall sign with a QR code and the day's summary.

  1. Open Orders → Bazaars (Pro) and tap Add a bazaar: its name, where, your stall number, a map link, the day and the hours.
  2. It shows on your shop page. Customers tap it, fill their bag and reserve a time to collect at your stall on that day, even if you do not offer pickup otherwise. Tap Post it to share it on WhatsApp.
  3. Before the day, open the Bazaar kit: What to bring adds a share for walk-ups to what is reserved and sends the list on WhatsApp. Print the Stall sign: its QR code opens your shop with the bazaar chosen.
  4. On the day, tick Collected as people pick up, and sell to walk-ups with Point of sale. The Summary shows reservations, what is still to collect and the stall sales together.

Times

Reservations are timed within the bazaar's day and hours, in your usual time slots. While the bazaar is on, customers can also order for as soon as possible.
