Can I take this order?

Before saying yes to a big order or a quote, check its day against what is already due: daily limits, stock, kitchen time and ingredients.

1. On a quote request, tap Can I take it? (Orders → Quotes). Its day comes from the request, and lines you already priced with a product's name are filled in. Or open Recipes → Production and tap Can I take a new order?
2. Pick the day and add what the customer asks for, with the quantities.
3. The answer shows straight away: Yes, Yes after buying a few things, Tight, or Not on this day, with the reasons: products over their daily limit, stock on the shelf, kitchen time against that day's hours, and the ingredients to buy.
4. Send the shopping list on WhatsApp, or answer the quote from the panel.

Where the numbers come from

Orders already due that day (new, confirmed or ready), each product's daily limit and stock, the recipes' batch time with the number of ovens set on the Production tab, and the ingredients counted on the Ingredients tab. Products without a recipe add no time or ingredients.
